Masters in Executive Coaching - Module 3

Ashridge Masters in Executive Coaching

Accreditation Preparation Session

We offer you the regular opportunity of an accreditation preparation session with an accreditor and a few other candidates - experience shows that candidates are much better prepared for the accreditation practicum if they not only study the accreditation booklet but also attend an accreditation preparation session.

Please take the prep session early enough to give you time to change your submission subsequently, but also late enough in your preparation so that you can bring a substantial draft submission to the prep day. If you would like additional scrutiny and tutoring on your accreditation process, we recommend that you take the accreditation prep session twice. The fee for an additional prep day is £350.

Module 3 - Ashridge Accreditation Process

After completing Modules 1 and 2, you begin to prepare for Ashridge Accreditation, a process to assess coaching capability that has been in place since 2002.

This involves:

  • Joining an optional half-day preparation workshop
  • Participating in a one-day practicum
  • Submitting a written paper on your coaching work with a client
  • Submitting a recording and transcript of a coaching session
  • Submitting a portfolio of present practice.

Full details of the accreditation process and Ashridge coaching standards are available on request.

The dates for Module 3 are arranged regularly throughout the year.
