Kevin is an experienced senior consultant who specialises in helping clients to make sense of complex leadership challenges. These are often associated with the demand for renewal and transformation strategies.
During a corporate career working in a diversity of management roles for Diageo, Cadbury Schweppes and Marks & Spencer, he has seen first hand the valuable lessons that come from the successes and failures of well intentioned interventions. Whilst Kevin brings well-grounded insights about the elusive nature of organisational change, he still applies a ‘beginners mind’ to the unique context and challenges that each assignment presents.
Most of his consulting work involves high participation and action inquiry based approaches which, in his experience lead to more sustainable outcomes. More recently his clients have included: the NHS, T-Mobile, the Department of Health, Reuters, BP Marine, O2, Altro and Acergy.
