What makes these programmes different? These programmes are different. They have been commissioned for IND and IND only. They are not ‘off-the-shelf’. They are designed to help meet the challenges of our delivery plan. But they are also personal development programmes that will equip us individually with the business and leadership skills that will make us leaders of change.
